  2. Shipping and Tracking
    Standard delivery typically requires 5 to 10 working days. We provide automated tracking notifications to the email address provided at the time of order to keep you informed of your shipment’s progress through key transit nodes.
    If a delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier. Depending on the outcome of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or a refund of the order value.
  3. Risk of Loss and Ownership
